Okay it’s time again for another AI powered wall makeover. This is a quiet little space in our home that sits in the entryway area from our deck to the family room. It’s kind of a lost space because it’s too far away to mix with the actual family living space where we watch tv or gather by the fireplace. We fell in love with the cabinet when we were actually shopping for a new couch. It’s a great place to store puzzles and games for us. It’s kind of light on decor otherwise. We threw some random pieces we already had to make this space. I wanted to see what the potential could be.
So like some of my other posts, I fired up Copilot and began the creative journey.
Prompt 1: “I have another wall and table I want to redecorate. Here are images of the current pieces involved. What can I add to jazz this up?”
Response: Here is a partial response given back.
Looking at the pieces you’ve shared, you already have a great eclectic mix: bold art with the raven painting, colorful metal wall accents, and then the rustic vignette with the bicycle clock, dog figurine, and woven spheres. To “jazz it up,” you can lean into layering textures and adding a few playful, cozy touches that tie everything together.
Ideas for the Wall
- Frame Cohesion: Add one or two smaller frames around the raven painting—maybe botanical prints or abstract shapes in muted tones—to balance the strong colors.
- Vertical Accent: A hanging macramé or woven wall piece could soften the metal and add warmth.
- Lighting: A slim wall sconce or fairy-light strand woven subtly around the metal flowers would give dimension and glow.
Ideas for the Tabletop
Textural Layer: Place a runner or small tray under the arrangement to ground it and tie the pieces together.”
Height Variation: Add a taller element like a candlestick, lantern, or stacked books under the dog figurine to create levels.
Seasonal Accent: Swap in a small seasonal item (mini pumpkins, pinecones, or spring blossoms) in the glass bowl to keep it fresh.
And the visual mockup. I like the table runner that they added. I am not so sure on the macrame, but maybe I could find a piece I like. I do like the candles. The lamp is a nice touch as well.

But then because it’s so much fun to play what-if? I asked for a seasonal variation. This didn’t offer a big change and it suggested a small mat for the bowl. This wasn’t giving me the wow factor I wanted. But it’s still a nice mix of eclectic decor.

I decided to ask for full redesign of the space to see what it would give back. This would definitely go in my space, but kind of fun if you are starting a room from scratch or have this color scheme in your home. There are some fun pieces here though. I love the colors and the tiger. The big, bold flowers are a nice touch as well. This gives a more whimsy and playful vibe and would be great in the right space.

My last and final request before we hit the #affiliate shopping links below was to request a more sleek modern take on the space. I kind of really like the clean lines and abstract shapes used here. I have a snake plant in my bathroom that might work.

So it’s off to Amazon to browse some pieces that might work here. Click the links to shop.
Set of framed pictures. One or more of these might work for this space.

This funky, shaped wood bowl might be kind of cool here. I think I would leave it empty though.

Here is a basic piece that could be used here in this space.

These small floating shelves would add a nice clean touch as well. Knick-knacks, small plants, etc. could be used here. And they are very affordable.

One more trip back to Copilot and here is a redesign with the found pieces.
