We have not always homeschooled our kids, but with the age gap and so many things happening in the world, we felt it was right when our youngest were aged 6 and 3. One started homeschool in first and the other in kindergarten when the time came. My husband and I work from home, so this made it an easy choice for us. We have homeschooled in both Colorado and Idaho (for one year). That year in Idaho just happened to occur during Covid as well, so it really has been an interesting ride.

We used to use workbooks and other educational resources found online through free and paid sites. As we approached high school, we finally found a curriculum that worked great for us. Time4Learning is the one we chose to stick with. It offers a lot of flexibility for the kids in what they are interested in learning about. The format and structure makes it easy to set up their courses, plans for the year and it lays it all out for you according to your settings. It is also easy to track their progress and grades.

However, there are some documents we have to keep for the state so I created a collection of Homeschool planners and one Teachers planner.
